If the Charter Trip is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the departure date then a $250 nonrefundable fee will be charged to the deposit or credit card. Tardiness and additional expenses: No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages. Anyone under the age of 21 caught consuming alcohol will be reported to the proper authorities and will automatically forfeit their deposit and charter fees. No drug use No smoking/vape No food Any damages made during the Charter Trip by the Party Guests will be billed to the Charter Party/Renter. Charter time starts according to the agreed upon time. If you are late or want to leave early, you will be charged the full amount of agreed upon time. Lone Star Event Charters Responsibilities and Representations: Lone Star Event Charters warrants the following: Well maintained and clean bus(es) will be provided. That all bus(es) and equipment necessary to fulfill this charter bus contract are clean, in good working order, and conform with proper standards of the industry. That all driving staff provided are properly certified and licensed under the laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction, if so required by such laws, rules, regulations. That all driving staff provided have been drug tested in compliance with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction, if so required by laws, rules and regulations. That all driving staff provided conform to all applicable requirements for motor carrier drivers and prepared with accurate routing information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In such cases where it is necessary to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, Charter Party(s) are to notify Lone Star Event Charters within 24 hours prior to the Departure date for a full refund. If the Charter Trip is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the departure date then a $150 nonrefundable fee will be charged to the deposit or credit card.
