Start by checking our availability. Before we ask you any information, go to our check availability page. Click on the type of package you want.
Visit our Calendar
Select the date for your event. A list of available times will appear. We understand you might not want to give your name and email until we have checked the available time and date.
Review Your Booking
Review your package, time, and date. Getting your information correct is important. Depending on the package type, you may be eligible for free upgrades.
Add Your Info
Once you have confirmed the date we need to get more about your transportation needs. Enter your name, phone number, and address and well get back to you with a quote. We will also need pick up and drop off locations, start and end times, and destination. We are happy to customize every charter, so make sure you let us know what colors or themes you want.
Once we get your info we will send you an email with a contract for services. This can be filled out online using your computer, ipad, or phone. A deposit of $250 is required for all reservations. Don't worry, your information is safe, and you can cancel up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund.
You're All Set
Once you sign the contract we will send you a confirmation email letting you know we have received and confirmed your reservation. You will not be billed until the day of your event. We also call you the day before your scheduled reservation to confirm the time, address, and make any necessary changes to the itinerary.
